Since you have the ability to evaluate all our products prior to purchase, we typically consider a product to be opened once you pay for it. As such, opened software cannot be returned for a refund. However, most of us make honest mistakes at one time or another. If you believe you made a mistake and would like a refund, we will certainly consider your request.

On the other hand, payments returned due to insufficient funds, stop payment or credit card charge back are considered fraud and cost us money to resolve. We are a small startup with very limited funds, so please be honest and considerate.
